The “Integration of pulsed electric field technology in food processing for improving food quality, safety and competitiveness (FieldFOOD) is a project funded in the framework of Horizon 2020, call H2020-SFS-2014-2.

 

FieldFOOD is one of the funded project among the 152 proposals submitted to the European Evaluation Committee.

 

The project is 36 months in duration and cover three harvesting seasons.
